Md. Akram Hossain is one of the top and well known corporate personal in private sector of Bangladesh. He is basically a professional Accountant and currently a Fellow member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB). Mr. Akram completed his masters in Accounting under Dhaka university in 1996 and parallelly completed his CMA degree in 1998. He started his corporate career in ACI Ltd as corporate Finance officer in 1996 and after successfully completing his CMA degree, he joined in Royal Park Ltd as Chief Accountant in 1999. During his job career, he served in Scholastica as Head of Finance for 5 years and finally joined in SQ Group (one of the largest garments industries in Bangladesh) in 2008 as Chief Financial Officer and subsequently as Chief Supply Chain Officer until December, 2017. He also served in Quazi Abedin Textile as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for 2 years before started his own business operations. Mr. Akram having 3 daughters and 1 son. Elder 2 daughters are currently studying in Simon Fraser University (SFU), Vancouver, Canada in subject of international business. His Spouse, Mrs Fatema Akter is one of the Directors of Soultex Fashion Ltd. Mr. Akram Hossain and his family is living in Banani area at his own Apartment.

Considering his vast knowledge in Garments and Textile sector, he started his own business in Nov, 2016 where commercial operation started in Jul, 2017. Soultex Fashion Ltd, a 100% export-oriented sweater factory in Ashulia area having Dhaka office in Nikunja, Uttara. Under his leadership Soultex Fashion achieving 100% growth yearly since last 3 years. Currently Factory is exporting USD 10.00 Million annually and will reach up to USD 30.00 Million within next 3 years. After successfully running the sweater factory for 3 and half years, he started an apparel buying house business named, SF COLLECTION LTD on 2021 and running its operation smoothly. Currently, Mr. Akram is the Chairman of SOULTEX FASHION LTD and also Chairman of SF COLLECTION LTD.
